Shia Weisz joined CW Realty in 2019. As Director of Finance, Shia Weisz spearheads the firm’s long-term growth strategy and business development — from fostering strong relationships with investors and banking institutions, to negotiating large-scale contracts, to overseeing its full financial portfolio.

In his role as director of acquisitions, Shia determines, creates and coordinates value-add deals with strong returns for the firm. The son of CW founder Cheskie Weisz, he follows in the forward-thinking footsteps of his father. Strategic and focused, his keen acumen for numbers enables the rest of the executive team at CW Realty to make foresighted decisions guided by a broader, long-term perspective.
