292 Bedford is located right at the central corner of Graham and Bedford in Brooklyn. Despite its prime location, due to its worn down condition we were able to negotiate a great deal on the property.
The CW team fully modernized the internal structure of this pre-war building, while staying true to the nostalgic Brooklyn facing that is part of its appeal. The original, historic frieze and masonry were meticulously restored to their former beauty.
We rehabilitated the entire structure from foundations to roof, creating 23 high-end units with upscale features. Converting the building raised its rental income from $300k to over $1.1 Million annually.
